Position SummaryThe Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for showcasing 2W vehicles, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and guiding customers through the sales process. Exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets are essential for success in this role.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
  • Provide detailed information about the features, specifications, and benefits of different vehicle models.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle capabilities.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with accurate and relevant information.

Sales Process:

  • Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms in a transparent and customer-friendly manner.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and address their needs.

Documentation:

  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts and financing documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions and customer information.

Product Presentation:

  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment with well-presented vehicles.
  • Create appealing displays to showcase featured vehicles and promotions.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in showroom sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Product knowledge and enthusiasm for automobiles.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
