Job Description

• Financial Management: Overseeing financial transactions, including payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure accurate records and efficient cash flow management.
• Tax Compliance: Ensuring adherence to tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time, and staying updated with changes in tax laws.
• Financial Reporting: Generating financial reports like balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements for management review and decision-making.
• Payroll Administration: Processing payroll accurately, including wage calculations, deductions, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Client Billing: Generating invoices for clients based on services provided and ensuring timely collection of payments to maintain cash flow.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manpower Field.
• Knowledge of Nepalese tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
